The Adviser shall serve as the primary mentor and consultant of the organization, providing guidance and oversight in support of the PUP BS Statistics community.

The Vice President for Internal Affairs shall be responsible for managing internal partnerships and coordinating activities conducted within the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, ensuring smooth collaboration with other organizations, departments, and university offices.

The Vice President for Skills and Development shall be responsible for all non-academic services and events offered by the organization.

The Vice President for Creatives shall be responsible for the production and dissemination of the publication materials of the organization. Also, he/she will be responsible for the documentation of all the organization’s activities and events.

The Assistant Vice President for External will be the one assisting the Vice President for External Affairs in handling external partnerships and opportunities from outside the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

The Treasurer shall be the custodian of the organization's book of accounts. He/she is responsible in collecting fees, contributing money, materials, and all other resources recorded to the StatSClique treasury for he/she shall issue official receipts and disbursement of funds under the authority of the Executive Boards.

The Media Head shall assist the Vice President for Creatives in the production and presentation of the organization's publication materials.

The Project Manager shall be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of the organization’s activities and events through the assigned heads and co-heads. The Project Manager shall also prepare and ratify the organization’s annual General Plan of Action.

The Class Representatives is responsible for helping the public information officer in disseminating the information throughout all the members of the organization.

The President shall be the chief executive officer of the organization, presides all the meetings, appoint all committees, generally perform the duties of the presiding officers.

The Vice President for External Affairs shall take charge for all activities and partnerships outside the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He/she will be responsible together with the VP Finance and VP Creatives in getting sponsorships and media-related partnerships, if needed.

The Vice President for Finance shall be responsible in supervising the treasurer and auditor in recording the finances of the organization. He/she will monitor the funds of the organization and must sign the Financial Report of the treasurer and auditor as recommending approval.

The Assistant Secretary General shall assist the Secretary General in all the organization's administrative tasks. He/she will also be responsible for keeping a true and accurate account for the proceeding of all the meetings.

The Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs will assist the Vice President for Academic Affairs in handling academic concerns and monitoring academic excellence of Statistics students. Also, he/she will assist in organizing events and activities that will enrich the Statistics students’ academic knowledge.

The Auditor shall examine and verify the financial report of the treasurer and he/she must sign the financial report by the treasurer. He/she is responsible in auditing the funds of the organization.

The Captions Head will be in-charge of the captions of all publication materials that shall be posted in the official Facebook page of the organization.

The Secretary General shall be responsible for keeping a true and accurate account of the proceedings of all the meetings. He/she must sign and attest the minutes of the meeting after the approval of the Executive Board. He/she must provide the needed documents in all the meetings announced by the president. Additionally, he/she will also be responsible in overseeing all the organization’s documents.

The Vice President for Academic Affairs shall take charge in all academic activities and programs. He/she shall monitor the academic excellence and address the concerns of all PUP StatSClique members raised by the class representatives.

The Vice President for Operations and Technical shall be responsible for the general operations of events which involves planning and overseeing operations of the events and activities of the organization. Also, he/she will be in-charge of the technical aspect during the activities and events of the organization.

The Assistant Vice President for Internal Affairs shall assist the Vice President for Internal Affairs in handling internal partnerships and activities inside the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

The Assistant Vice President for Skills and Development will assist the Vice President for Skills and Development in pursuance of non-academic activities.

The Public Information Officer shall be the spokesperson of the organization. He/she is in-charge of the promotion, dissemination of information and maintaining a good image of the organization.
